How to book<\/h2>\n<p>Bookings can be made through the online booking system on this website, by telephone on <a href=\"tel:+34871811871\">+34 871 811 871<\/a> or by email at <a href=\"mailto:restaurant@mirabona.com\">restaurant@mirabona.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A booking is only considered confirmed once the guest has received the confirmation email.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Guarantee card<\/h2>\n<p>All bookings require a guarantee card. No charge is made at the time of booking. The card is only used in the circumstances set out in section 5.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Composition of the party<\/h2>\n<p>When booking, please state the composition of the party:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adults, from 13 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>Children from 3 to 12 years, with the children&#8217;s menu.<\/li>\n<li>Infants from 0 to 2 years, with a high chair and no menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The total must match the number of guests in the booking.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Menus and prices<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L&#8217;Auba tasting menu:<\/strong> \u20ac98 per person. Served to the whole table. Wine pairing is not included.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seasonal menu:<\/strong> \u20ac72 per person.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children&#8217;s menu:<\/strong> \u20ac40 per child, three courses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Group menu:<\/strong> \u20ac88 per person, from 10 guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prices include the applicable VAT. Dishes may vary according to the season and the availability of produce.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Cancellations, changes and no-shows<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bookings may be changed or cancelled free of charge <strong>up to 24 hours before<\/strong> the reserved time, using the link included in the confirmation email.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and no-shows, result in a charge to the guarantee card <strong>equal to the price of the menu booked for each guest<\/strong>: \u20ac98 for the L&#8217;Auba menu, \u20ac88 for the group menu, \u20ac72 for the seasonal menu and \u20ac40 for the children&#8217;s menu.<\/li>\n<li>A reduction in the number of guests notified less than 24 hours in advance is treated in the same way, with the charge applying to each guest who does not attend.<\/li>\n<li>Infants from 0 to 2 years are not charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Punctuality<\/h2>\n<p>Please arrive on time. The table is held for 15 minutes from the reserved time. After that period, if we have not heard from the guest, the restaurant may release the table and the booking is treated as a no-show for the purposes of the previous section.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Allergies and intolerances<\/h2>\n<p>Allergies and intolerances must be notified at the time of booking and, in any case, sufficiently in advance of arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant works with fresh produce in a kitchen where the main allergens are handled, and therefore cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Groups<\/h2>\n<p>Bookings for up to 10 guests are made directly online. For 11 to 20 guests, bookings are handled by request, with a group menu. For groups of more than 20 guests, please contact us by telephone.<\/p>\n<p>Groups may be subject to specific conditions and deadlines, which are communicated when the booking is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Opening hours and days<\/h2>\n<p>The opening hours and days in force are those published on this website. The restaurant may change them for seasonal reasons, technical closures or private events, giving as much notice as possible.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Children and pets<\/h2>\n<p>Children are welcome, both in the dining room and on the terrace.<\/p>\n<p>Pets are welcome, both in the dining room and on the terrace, provided they remain under the control of the people accompanying them. Access to the kitchen is not permitted.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>The establishment holds official complaint forms available to consumers in accordance with the regulations of the Balearic Islands.
